Special measures  in place during the Coronavirus pandemic in addition to our normal Rules and regulations.

  • Arrivals are now accepted from 12:30pm and pitches must be vacated by 11:00am.


  • Advance bookings only- Only bookings made in advance via our telephone booking number 07981 029 517 will be accepted. Please do not turn up without booking in advance as we will not be able to accept you.
  • We are unable to accept arrivals between 4:30pm & 6pm.
  • The latest arrival time is 8pm.


  • We are unable to accept you on site if you or anyone in your party have any symptoms or have been asked to self isolate due to Coronavirus. This includes anyone who, within 14 days, has been in contact with someone who has Coronavirus.

  • We have reduced the number of pitches available to help manage demand on communal facilities.
  • There are signs & information on site to help everyone comply with Coronavirus guidelines.
  • Staff can no longer enter guest’s Motor homes, Caravans or Tents.


  • Facilities - Facility blocks will be cleaned regularly throughout the day; please be aware that they may need to be closed for short periods.
  • If you are able to use your own facilities in your unit please do so as much as possible – this will help manage demand.
  • Chemical waste, rubbish & Drinking water point will be open – please follow hand washing guidance after use. Although we have hand washing & sanitising on site we ask that campers also bring their own supplies of hand sanitiser.
  • The Utility Room(washing up area) will remain open, communal areas such as reception and games room will remain closed.


  • Please be aware that the following is not available during the Coronavirus pandemic.                         

          -  Communal fridge freezer.

          - Book exchange.
          - Children’s high-chair.
          - Iron or ironing board.
          - Hair dryers will not be available.
          - Loaning out of any non-essential items. Any essential items loaned will be sanitised after use.
          - Tourist Information leaflets will now be given out upon request.
          - The charging point will be available for mobile phones only, you can no longer plug in hair appliances.

  • Visitors- Visitors are not permitted on site except for dropping off or picking up – this will help us limit the number of people on site. They should avoid getting out of the vehicle and must not use any of the campsite facilities.
  • Children - Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult when using the Toilet block or Utility room. Please do not allow children to enter other people’s pitches.

Please remember it is everyone’s responsibility to comply with Government guidelines on Coronavirus at all times. Anyone not following the guidance may be asked to leave the Campsite without refund.

Please be aware that although we are putting in place extra measures to reduce the risk, there is an increased risk of contracting Coronavirus by using any of the shared facilities or communal areas on site.
